it is important to remember that it is completely normal to feel nervous, but there are things you can do to stay on top of your mental and physical wellbeing during this time.
欧博体育to help put your mind at ease, we’ve put together some top tips on how you can cope with your feelings and emotions leading up to and on results day.
1. It’s good to talk.
it is easy to bottle up your feelings, but talking about it with someone gives you the opportunity to let it out before it all gets too much.
欧博体育talk to your friends and classmates. they are probably feeling just as nervous as you about getting their results and you will be able to relate to one another.
2. Keep yourself busy.
欧博体育on the days leading up to results day, you may want to make plans to distract yourself and take your mind off your grades.
欧博体育do something you enjoy such as spending time with friends, exercising or something as simple as having a bath and watching a movie.
if you keep yourself busy, you have less time to sit and dwell on your own thoughts.
3. Get plenty of rest.

make sure your bedroom is a relaxing space, avoid caffeinated drinks in the evening and go to bed at a similar time each day. by getting into a good routine, you will feel less fatigued and generally more positive about receiving your results.
4. Don’t compare yourself to others.
we are all guilty of comparing ourselves to others at some point in our lives. try not to compare your academic ability with that of your peers, especially when receiving exam results.
